Lead Engineer, Water, REC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects across roads, rail, and land development domains.
• Develop accurate base models in collaboration with stakeholders for use in design and analysis workflows.
• Conduct stormwater network planning including demand assessment, hydraulic modeling, and drainage design.
• Plan and integrate future infrastructure networks with existing systems through optioneering and strategic planning.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, memos, and presentations for project communication and approvals.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, assistant engineers, technical leads, and global teams for design execution.
• Ensure multidisciplinary coordination between roads, rail, structures, utilities, and environmental teams to deliver clash-free designs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers to enhance team capability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable design standards and codes during all phases of design and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure accuracy of calculations, drawings, and engineering deliverables.
• Support resource planning and contribute to project execution strategy and technical decision-making.
