Lead Engineer Vehicle Thermal Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of vehicle thermal management systems for buses and trucks
• Develop cooling package layouts including radiators, charge air coolers, condensers, and coolant routing
• Perform thermal packaging studies and subsystem integration
• Support thermal validation, testing, and issue resolution activities
• Coordinate with powertrain, HVAC, and vehicle integration teams

Required Skills

• Vehicle cooling and thermal management systems
• Radiator, CAC, coolant circuits, and thermal package design
• CATIA / Creo / NX
• CFD exposure and thermal analysis knowledge
• DFMEA, DVP&R, and vehicle integration
• Experience 5 to 7 years
