Lead Engineer- System Integration Testing

Job description

• Lead the overall Wireless EMS system integration and test.
• Build a SIT setup - to include EMS/NMS, OSS, SON and eNodeB to be able to test new EMS/NMS releases before release to PV and field
• Coordinate system test activity with both NMS development team as well as node development team
• Ensure quality of delivery to PV
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project teams.
• Handling the field issues for EMS/NMS application.
• Must: Good understanding of testing concepts and experience in EMS/NMS application testing - both manual automation.
• Must: Good automation development experience in Java, Selenium, Maven Test.
• You will be responsible for leading a team and guiding them for optimum output.

Desired skills:

• Good to have: Wireless domain knowledge preferably 4G 5G
• Good to have experience in CLI REST API automation
• Good to have experience in Python automation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience:6 to 9 years experience from Telecommunication or Networking background.
• Education:B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree
• Candidate should be good at coding skills in Core Java, Selenium, Maven TestNG
