Lead Engineer Suspension

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of axle and suspension systems for commercial vehicles.
• Perform component packaging, layout studies, and load calculations.
• Support validation, durability, and vehicle integration activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and testing teams.

Required Skills

• Leaf spring, air suspension, shock absorbers, axle systems.
• Chassis integration and ride performance understanding.
• CATIA / Creo / NX.
• DFMEA, GD&T, APQP.
• Experience between 5 to 7 years
