Key Skills: OMS, Java, Springboot, Microservices, Team Lead, Retail, Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of Java-based microservices for supply chain and retail workflows.
- Develop and maintain services using Spring Boot, ensuring clean APIs and reliable integrations.
- Implement and troubleshoot asynchronous messaging using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Work with SQL databases (including PostgreSQL) and support data access patterns for backend services.
- Provide technical leadership across the team, including planning, code reviews, and delivery ownership.
Skills Required:
- 7-9 years of relevant backend engineering experience, including IBM OMS experience.
- Java 17 or Java 21 for backend service development.
- Spring Boot and Microservices development experience.
- Experience in IBM OMS is mandatory
- Database exposure in SQL/MySQL with current environment using PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ and exposure to Azure or AWS.
Good to Have:
- E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Retail domain experience.
Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation (Any Branch).
