Job Description:- Review code submissions to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to engineering best practices
- Clarify technical doubts and guide the team through complex problem-solving and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, communicate team questions, and ensure alignment on deliverables
- Design and oversee the development of scalable microservices supporting the virtual assistant platform
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and successful deployment of ML models in production environments
- Lead and mentor the backend engineering team, conducting regular 1:1 meeting for guidance, feedback, and professional growth
You are a successful candidate if you have- Strong experience in Golang development with proven track record in production systems
- Extensive experience building and maintaining high traffic microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Proficiency with AWS services including S3, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, ECR, ECS, and EKS
- Working knowledge of Helm and Terraform for infrastructure automation and management
- Experience with Datadog for monitoring, observability, and system performance analytics
- Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development best practices
