Lead Engineer / Senior Software Engineer

At TreasuryPro, we are building B2B SaaS Platform in TreasuryTech (Core Fintech) domain from India for the World.

We are 3 years old in the Business and 1 year old in the Product building journey. We will be Go To Treasury Management platform for Mid- Size and Growing companies.

TreasuryPro will have modules such as :-

Liquidity Planning & Management,

Corporate Investments,

Borrowing Arrangement & Management,

Forex Exposure management &

Commercial Insurance platforms.

Looking for Lead Engineer OR Senior Software Engineer (full-stack engineer), 5 years+ experience

Key Responsibilities:-

* Overall Control, Management & Decision making around Front End, Back End, System Architecture, System Design, Testing, Deployment and Compliance framework.

* Build and maintain scalable web applications and internal tools.

* Work on frontend development using React.

* Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js.

* Assist in cloud deployment, integrations, and infrastructure on Azure.

* Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code.

* Understand product requirements and convert them into working solutions.

* Debug issues, optimize performance, and improve user experience.

* Work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership.

* Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party financial services

* Design, develop, test, and deploy features for both front-end/back-end

* Design and optimise scalable SQL/NoSQL databases to handle high-volume financial transactions and reporting data

* To Own Everything Tech for the Organisation.

Qualifications and Experience:-

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a significant portion of that time spent in the Fintech or Wealth Tech domain.

* Proven ability to deliver high-quality, high-performance, and secure code in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements:-

* Comfortable with React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.

*Understanding of databases and APIs.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

* Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.

* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and execution-focused.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Prior Experience in B2B Fintech is ++ .
