Lead Engineer

Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 4 years of hands-on experience in MERN fullstack development, including 2 years specifically architecting microservices solutions Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable microservices solutions leveraging MERN stack technologies to address complex business requirements
• Develop high-performance backend services using NodeJS, Express JS, and Nestjs, ensuring reliability and maintainability
• Build and optimize responsive user interfaces with React JS, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3, focusing on accessibility and user experience
• Integrate and manage data storage solutions with MongoDB and Oracle RDBMS, ensuring data integrity and security compliance
• Automate deployment processes using Docker, and streamline CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles
• Implement and maintain comprehensive automated tests with Jest, achieving high code coverage and minimizing production defects
• Lead code reviews and technical discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, optimizing for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  
  

Required Skills:

• Expertise in NodeJS
• Extensive experience with Express JS
• Advanced proficiency in React JS
• Strong skills in MongoDB database management
• Hands-on experience with Nestjs framework
• Proficiency in Typescript and JavaScript
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with Docker for containerization
• Proficient in Jest for unit and integration testing
• Experience integrating Oracle RDBMS with NodeJS applications
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of GraphQL for advanced API development
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS or Azure
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
• Certification in Full Stack Web Development (e.g., MongoDB Certified Developer, React JS Certification)
• Certification in microservices architecture or cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
