Lead Engineer

Job requirements

Experience Range: With 4 to 6 years of experience in .Net development, including substantial hands-on expertise with ASP.NET MVC and related technologies Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable .Net solutions using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Oracle RDBMS to address complex business requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain high-performance applications, ensuring reliability, security, and adherence to project timelines
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and conducting regular code reviews to uphold best practices
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes for .Net applications
• Configure and manage containerized environments with Docker, and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes
• Implement real-time data streaming and messaging solutions leveraging Kafka for high-throughput scenarios
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve technical challenges, and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Optimize application performance through profiling, refactoring, and scalability enhancements
  
  

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in ASP.NET MVC
• Expert-level knowledge of .Net framework and C# programming
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization
• Proficient in Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment
• Experience implementing messaging and data streaming with Kafka
• Strong expertise in Oracle RDBMS for database management
• Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture in .Net
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Expertise in performance tuning and optimization for .Net applications
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack or Application Insights
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer
• Oracle Certified Professional, or equivalent certification relevant to database management
