Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer-Quality Control who is responsible for Various QC & Painting Functions such as Receipt, In-process, Final Inspections & Documentations for Modular Manufacturing yard -Dahej Location

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of experience in Medium / Large Fabrication Shops with at least 7 years experience as an QC Personnel
• Diploma/Degree (preferred) in Engineering (Mechanical / Production)
• Handling all QC work related to Equipment, Structures, Piping & Heater/Furnace, Skids activities, review and approval
• Shall have ASNT/EN ISO Level II in RT, MT, PT, UT & Welding Certification, CSWIP
• Shall have experience and certification in AWS/CSWIP and API Standards of pressure vessel (preferable)
• Knowledge of National and International Codes & Standards- IS, IBR, ASME, TEMA, DIN, EN, AWS D1.1 etc. & relevant experience
• Welding processes : SAW, ESSC, SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW
• Metallurgy : CS, LAS, SS, Duplex/Super Duplex, non-ferrous materials such as Monel, Inconel, Titanium, etc.
