Lead Engineer- Python Full Stack

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer with 7-11 years of experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Flask, Django, RESTful APIs, cloud technologies, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.js. This role involves developing end-to-end software solutions across on-premises and cloud environments while collaborating closely with product development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications.
• Build complete software stacks including backend services, middleware layers, APIs, and frontend applications.
• Develop Python applications using Flask and Django frameworks and create robust APIs for Angular or React.js interfaces.
• Build scalable middleware service layers and optimize application performance.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker across on-premise, hybrid, and public cloud environments.
• Architect and develop cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver optimized, maintainable, and high-quality code.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience developing secure, high-performance web applications using Python.
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with Flask, Django, REST APIs, Pylint, Swagger, Git, and GitHub.
• Experience building frontend applications using Angular or React.js.
• Understanding of scalable application architecture and software design principles.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including Cassandra.
• Experience with cloud platforms, unit testing, debugging, and application deployment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of data governance and security frameworks.
• Exposure to document parsing and data-processing applications.
