Qualification Required
- BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or equivalent degree with experience in Product and Project Development
- 3 to 6 years overall design and development experience with at least 1 to 2 years of project
- management experience preferably in safety critical systems like Aerospace/Automotive/Healthcare
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication
- PMP / Agile Certification preferred (Optional)
Required Skills
- Responsible for Earned value metrics to program office and other stakeholders
- Hands on experience in software and hardware Product development Life cycle
- Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines
- Experience working and collaborating with manufacturing and operations team would be a plus
- Familiarity with Aerospace (RTCA FAA) or Automotive design standards and techniques
- Proficient in MS Project Professional including resource loading and critical path analysis(preferred)
- Knowledge on any product life cycle management tools
- Knowledge on reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI preferred
