Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead CI/CD pipeline creation and management for build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and IaC practices.
- Manage deployment processes and improve operational readiness for production systems.
- Support platform reliability, clustering, and high-availability environments.
- Contribute to DevSecOps adoption and security-focused automation practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex build, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders for platform improvements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment performance.
- Maintain documentation and operational best practices.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Good understanding of clustering, scalability, and platform reliability concepts.
- Familiarity with GCP and other cloud platforms is an added advantage.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps and automation best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
