Job Description
Position : Piping Lead Industrial
Work Location: Navi Mumbai
* Good Knowledge of Chemical system Piping and Layout.
* Leading Feed and Detail Engineering activities
* Good Knowledge of OISD/PESO/Gas cylinder Rules/SMPV Rules.
* Knowledge of Equipment Erection /Maintenance/Operation,
Methodology of industry process Equipment.
* Good Awareness of Piping material Specifications,
Knowledge of Piping Supports and support standards. * Preparation of Equipment layouts and plot plan.
* Coordinate Material Take-off (MTO) activities at various stage of the project and control overall MTO till mechanical Completion.
* Procurement activity for piping items covering preparation of enquiry specification, review of quotes and preparation of TR, preparation of order specifications,
* Review of piping content for mechanical packages
* Coordination with client, presenting model to client in client model review during 30 %, 60%, 90% review
* Leading and Guiding team consisting of Piping Engineers and Designers.
* Coordinating multi-discipline, multi-office project activities.
* Review of Client requirements, ITB
* Good Knowledge of 3D Project Execution methods
* Good understanding of design software Plant 3D, S3D, E3D
* Knowledge of 3D review software like Navisworks and SPR
* Manpower Planning Skills for larger team
* Deliverable Planning skills for large projects
* Large project estimation/ proposal preparation
Experience - 11+ Years ( Should have worked in Industrial projects Pharma/ Chemical )
Degree in Chemical/Mechanical
Detailed Piping engineering activities for industrial plants covering required design calculations, MTOs, Piping Material Specifications, various types of layouts, procurement activity for piping items covering preparation of enquiry specification, review of quotes and preparation of TR, preparation of order specifications, review of vendor drawings, review of piping content for mechanical packages.
