Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own DevOps architecture, standards, and roadmap
  • Design and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines
  • Lead Azure cloud infrastructure and IaC implementation
  • Drive Docker and Kubernetes-based deployments
  • Ensure system reliability, monitoring, security, and cost control
  • Act as escalation point for production and infrastructure issues
  • Mentor DevOps engineers and guide best practices
  • Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and clients

Mandatory Skills

  • Azure Cloud (VMs, Storage, AKS)
  • Azure DevOps CI/CD (YAML pipelines) or Jenkins / GitLab CI
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
  • Git version control and branching strategies
  • Linux fundamentals and Bash scripting
  • Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Azure Monitor
  • Microservices architecture
  • Basic Kafka knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Good to Have

  • Ansible or configuration management tools
  • DevSecOps and security scanning practices
  • Azure Key Vault and Azure CLI
  • Kafka or MongoDB experience
  • Client-facing solution or POC experience
