Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and deliver projects on time with defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Rockwell Automation engineering procedures and QMS requirements.
• Maximize reuse of standardized engineering documents, applications, and solutions.
• Break down project activities, define effort/skill requirements, and manage resource planning.
• Lead mixed teams across internal, global engineering centers, and external partners.
• Provide proactive communication with stakeholders, team leads, and customers.
• Support team development, capability building, and performance management.
• Drive cost reduction through engineering standardization and process improvements.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure customer acceptance and satisfaction.
• Participate in technical demonstrations, sales support, and capability showcases.
• Ensure adherence to project cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Identify risks, manage execution issues, and ensure timely resolution.
