• Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the PLM servers, Patching and Upgradation. Also, Responsible for delivering support to JE PLM.
• JE PLM applications support
• CAD Integration Support
• Resolve User Issues raised through Ticketing system
• Teamcenter server installations and upgrades
• Support Server Maintenance Activities
• Support JE PLM CAD Integration
• License Management
• Deployment of data model changes and changes to configuration
