Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot.
Knowledge with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Certifications in Java, AWS, or relevant technologies are a bonus.
