The Job
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and test digital platforms, websites, portals, business applications, and systems for client business initiatives.
- Own the design and development of digital platforms within project timelines, following best coding practices and design principles.
- Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly, evolving them into end products through agile practices and a product engineering approach.
- Build the backend of applications using Java, Spring Framework, or other backend technologies.
- Integrate applications with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build, maintain, and improve clean code with a sense of ownership.
What You Should Have
- 5 to 8 years of relevant technology experience.
- Proven production-level experience (at least 4 years) as a Java and Integration engineer.
- Project experience of at least 3 years in Java Advanced and Java SpringBoot.
- Delivery of end-to-end projects using Java and public cloud services (GCP/Azure/AWS).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team.
Nice-to-Haves
- Deep experience in Java core, Java Advanced, and Java SpringBoot.
- Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, software architecture, design principles, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks (React JS/Angular JS).
- Understanding of DevSecOps concepts and implementations.
- Experience optimizing web application performance and debugging.
- Knowledge of current industry standards for secure web and mobile design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
