Key Responsibilities
- Design & Engineering: Prepare instrument indices, data sheets, calculations, and drawings (P&IDs, Cause & Effect charts).
- Maintenance & Calibration: Perform routine calibration, inspection, and maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow sensors).
- Control Systems Management: Manage Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems.
- Project Execution: Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and commissioning of new projects.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all instruments comply with SIL (Safety Integrity Level) and industry safety standards to prevent accidents.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and repair malfunctions in instruments and control systems to optimize operations.

Work Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Generally 3–10 years of experience in oil and gas refineries, petrochemical, or offshore projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, control valves, field instruments, and software such as SPI (INtools) or Aveva.
- Skills: Strong analytical troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of safety regulations, and project management skills.
