Job Description
As a Lead Engineer - Playwright, you will be responsible for leading the QA automation efforts for the project. You Will leverage strong technical expertise in Selenium and Java, along with leadership capabilities to guide a team of automation engineers. The candidate will oversee framework development, test execution, and integration with CI/CD pipelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities: -
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and TypeScript.
- Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely execution.
- Review and optimize test scripts for performance and reliability.
- Track and report test coverage, defects, and quality metrics.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative testing solutions.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
