About the Role:-
We are looking for an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI (LLMs), along with strong capabilities in end-to-end solution architecture.
This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive AI initiatives, design scalable systems, and deliver production-grade AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping the organization's AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
AI/ML Architecture & Solution Design
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML and GenAI systems across the full lifecycle—from data ingestion to deployment
- Design robust system architectures, including:
- Model training pipelines
- Model serving infrastructure
- Vector databases
- LLM orchestration layers
- Build and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Prompt engineering frameworks
- Fine-tuning workflows
- Multi-model AI architectures
- Design and implement cloud-native AI platforms using AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Apply best practices in Kubernetes, distributed computing, and MLOps
Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Deep Learning, or AI Research
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Python
- PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn
- Deep understanding of:
- LLMs, Transformers, Embeddings
- RAG architectures and fine-tuning techniques
- GenAI system design and deployment
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems
- Strong background in cloud AI architecture (AWS / GCP / Azure) and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate)
- Experience with DevOps/MLOps tools and workflows
Nice to Have:
- Experience leading AI/ML teams or mentoring engineers
- Exposure to enterprise-scale AI implementations
- Familiarity with data engineering pipelines and big data technologies
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
