Interact with internal and external stake holders
Guide the team to implement, test and integrate requirements
Study hardware spec for IP's and implement BareMetal applications to validate them
Designing and implementing BareMetal software for SoC IP's like I2C, SPI and custom IP's.
Testing and debugging BareMetal system software in Emulator/Board
Analyze behavior of applications in Simulator/Emulator and derive values for KPI parameters
Conduct functional, performance and stress testing at the system and component levels
Identify analyze and debug silicon issues using tools such as oscilloscope, logic analyzers and protocol analyzers.
Review design, code, test reports and other submissions to customer to ensure quality

Work Experience
Experience in post-silicon validation
Good at reading and understanding Hardware Datasheet and schematics
Proficiency in C and BareMetal programming language especially structures, pointers and linked lists
Good understanding of peripherals like GPIO, I2C, SPI, Timer, DMA, ADC, DAC, PWM etc.
Ability to understand circuit diagrams and board layouts
Hands on experience with test equipment like oscilloscope, JTAG debuggers, signal generators.
Good inter-personal skills

Proficiency in C programming using structures, pointers and linked lists
