What You'll Do

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines that take code from commit to production with minimal manual intervention
Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Set up automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates within the delivery pipeline
Implement feature flags to support controlled rollouts and beta launches
Establish monitoring and alerting using tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar, tracking uptime, performance, and deployment frequency
Work with product and engineering teams to improve release processes and reduce cycle time
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, establishing team standards and best practices
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress on infrastructure and delivery initiatives

What You Bring

6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring a team
Solid working knowledge of AWS (and/or Google/Azure) services - EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM, VPC networking
Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools for managing cloud environments
Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS)
Good understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and secrets management
Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments
Clear communication skills - comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty)
Experience with LLMOps and MLOps
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Veeva from a deployment or integration standpoint
