Clinical validation specialist
Job Description
The CT Clinical Validations Specialist is responsible for formal technical and clinical validation execution of existing & new clinical applications for current products or new products. This role requires strong radiology domain expertise across multiple modalities primarily CT, a solid foundation in functional skills, and knowledge of relevant technologies.
Requirements - Desired Characteristics
- Qualified radiographer with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiography & Imaging Technology
- 5 years experience working clinically within CT, previous experience on GE CT Platforms preferred but not essential
- Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment
- Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the CT modality.
- Engage early in the development cycle to provide clinical feedback and risk assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement in validation processes and QMS compliance.
- Develop and maintain clinical validation protocols, test cases, and documentation aligned with product requirements
- Exceptional communication and well-developed interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on the bigger picture.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify issues & opportunities for improvement
- Team oriented with a customer & patient satisfaction mindset
- Strong accountability Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
