Lead engineering strategy, architecture, and technical direction

Manage a 15-member cross-functional team across backend and mobile platforms

Oversee development of Java Spring Boot microservices

Guide mobile app development using Flutter, Android, and iOS

Ensure performance, security, and engineering best practices

Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical evaluations

Manage sprints, releases, and end-to-end delivery

Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams

Requires 10+ years of experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership
