Mode: FTE Work from office

What We Are Looking For
Hands-on experience with web development in any of the following programming languages: Java, .Net, Python, Go, C#, JavaScript
Hands-on experience in any of the following JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React,Vue.js and NodeJS
Experience with back-end development and microservices implementation and containerization using Docker.
Expertise in relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
Expertise in NoSQL DB such as MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc.
At least 3 Yrs. Experience with any of the cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, N tier Architecture (MVC), an ORM (Object Relational Mapping).
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices.
Experience in leading the Agile-based delivery team.
Certification in AWS or Azure is preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead & manage a delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions across the
portfolio.
Collaborate with various teams including business, sales, and marketing to define
requirements, interfaces, implementation approaches and scalable and reusable
solutions.
Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such
as design review, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
Hands-on problem solver and lead from the front in continuously exploring new
technology platforms.
Ensure adoption of best-in-class quality assurance techniques to deliver very
high-quality software solutions.
Attract and retain diverse and highly skilled engineering talent with optimal
utilization to maximize outputs.
Assemble and present technology delivery pitches to senior technical and non-
technical audiences.
Support presales and solutions teams on pursuits to bring in new business.
