Lead Engineer - Advanced Automation Testing

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in manual and automation testing of enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, Playwright, Behave (BDD), Azure DevOps, and CI/CD validation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application quality through comprehensive testing, automation framework development, API validation, and Agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT support, accessibility, responsive, and cross-browser testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks and test scripts using Python, Playwright, and Behave.
• Execute API testing and validate REST APIs using Postman.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, traceability matrices, and execution reports.
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle, from identification and logging to resolution and closure.
• Use Azure DevOps Boards and Test Plans for test management, defect tracking, and sprint execution.
• Validate deployments and support CI/CD quality gates.
• Work with Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Key Vault.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with Azure DevOps test management and CI/CD validation.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
