Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and sustain AI‑powered employee experiences using Now Assist, AI Search, and Virtual Agent as part of the Digital Employee Experience (DEEx) program.

This role focuses on applied Generative AI, semantic search, and conversational workflows embedded directly into the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow engineering skills with hands‑on experience integrating GenAI, enterprise search, and multi‑system workflows in a governed, production environment. This role focuses on integrating generative AI, predictive intelligence, virtual agents, and agentic AI workflows, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and compliance with governance requirements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, product management, and AI governance teams to ensure AI solutions meet business goals and ethical standards


Responsibilities

Technical Skills

.  Strong hands on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments

.  Proven experience with Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Knowledge Management

.  Practical experience integrating Generative AI into production workflows

.  Solid understanding of semantic search, embeddings, and AI driven retrieval

.  Experience building secure REST APIs and integrating ServiceNow with external systems

.  Familiarity with ServiceNow testing frameworks (ATF) and DevOps practices

Enterprise Delivery Skills

.  Experience working in governed, security-conscious environments

.  Ability to translate business use cases into scalable technical solutions

.  Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

.  Comfortable working across HR, IT, Security, and Product teams

Preferred / Differentiating Skills

.  Experience with agentic AI or workflow-driven AI assistants

.  Conversational UX design (multi-turn dialogs, intent handling, escalation patterns)

.  Multilingual or dynamic translation use cases

.  Rapid prototyping and POC delivery in evolving AI programs

Qualifications

7-8 years of progressive hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow Platform

.  Bachelor of Computer Science

.  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - AI & Virtual Agent

This certification validates your ability to lead AI-driven experiences and virtual agent deployments across the platform.
