Lead Electrician

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Lead Electrician based in Bengaluru. The Lead Electrician will oversee electrical installations, conduct maintenance and repair work, and execute troubleshooting tasks for electrical systems. The role also involves working closely with engineering teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team to effectively manage electrician duties at various sites.

• Strong expertise in Electricity and Electrical Work, with knowledge of electrical components and systems.
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair, with an ability to ensure the efficient operation of electrical equipment.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for a variety of electrical issues.
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, with an understanding of concepts related to circuitry and system designs.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and guiding a team of electricians.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in electrical work.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (such as Electrical License) are highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to a collaborative working environment.
