Educational qualification: Bachelor/Masters in Electrical Engineering
Years of Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in power distribution box/control panel design
Proficiency in assessing loading, performing SCCR calculations, thermal calculations, wire sizing, busbar designs, switchgear selection, etc.
Proficiency in handling multiple configurations, logic for EMO, LOTO Concept, multiple power inputs and outputs.
Creation of electrical schematic diagram, control panel facility connections & field disconnects.
Must have worked on electrical engineering CAD tools like E3 ZUKEN or equivalent CAD packages for circuit design & simulation, form board flattening for EE documentation.
Experience with executing & reviewing FMEA, structured Investigation, Problem Solving & Decision Making.
Good understanding of different standards and compliances like NEC, NFPA 79, UL 508A, IEC standard, SEMI Standard (Electrical) - S2, S8, S22 etc.
Thorough understanding of Power Box architecture & components functionality.
