Lead Electrical and Electronics Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical and service operations for custom-built 3D Printers.
• Supervise and guide a team of electricians/technicians during assembly, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults in control panels, wiring, drives, PLCs, sensors, and automation systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and machine regulatory norms.
• Collaborate with design and R&D teams for wiring layouts, electrical BOMs, and system upgrades.
• Review and interpret electrical schematics, panel drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Manage service documentation, customer communication, and technical reporting.
• Train junior team members and client staff on maintenance best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors for components, spare parts, and service support.
