eAxle Assembly & Product StructureDefine and maintain eAxle assembly structures (system, sub-assemblies, components) aligned with design intent and manufacturing strategy.Support manufacturing-ready assembly concepts, considering tolerance stack-up, serviceability, logistics, and localization requirements.Coordinate with design, manufacturing engineering, and quality teams to ensure DFM/DFA compliance.Support assembly changes during prototype (T0/T1) to series (T2+) phases. BOM Design & ManagementCreate, structure, and maintain multi-level Engineering BOM (EBOM) and support alignment to MBOM.Ensure BOM accuracy, completeness, and consistency across eAxle modules (housing, gears, shafts, bearings, electronics, fasteners).Manage change impacts on BOM through formal change processes (ECR/ECO/CCB).Ensure correct part relationships, effectivity, and variant handling (platform / customer variants). SAP Material & Data ManagementCreate and maintain SAP material masters (FERT, HALB, ROH, assemblies).Maintain attributes such as descriptions, units, material groups, procurement types, valuation, and plant-specific data.Ensure data integrity between PLM (e.g., Teamcenter) and SAP.Support SAP readiness for costing, sourcing, and series preparation. Change & InterfacesAct as the central interface between design engineering, manufacturing, purchasing (PUR), quality, logistics, and controlling.Support localization and second-source BOM updates.Prepare and support design reviews, BOM audits, and manufacturing readiness reviews.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of eAxle / transmission assembly structures.Hands-on experience in SAP (material master, BOM, change management).Good understanding of EBOM-MBOM concepts.Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred).Knowledge of APQP / PPAP / change management (ECR/ECO/CCB).Ability to interpret drawings, part lists, and 3D models.Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.Detail-oriented with high ownership of product data accuracy.Structured and process-driven working style.Ability to work in global, multi-location teams.Knowledge of costing impact of BOM changes.Exposure to manufacturing plants / assembly lines.Basic understanding of tolerance stack-up and assembly feasibility.
