Job Description
Lead Breathewell technicians prepare work areas, inspect accessible HVAC and ventilation components, perform system-specific Dust Extraction, document service conditions and communicate the confirmed scope with customers.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare work areas and protect surrounding surfaces before service.
Inspect accessible HVAC and ventilation components and identify access limitations.
Perform confirmed system-specific Dust Extraction using appropriate equipment and procedures.
Follow Breathewell safety procedures and document service conditions.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Previous field-service, HVAC, ventilation or related hands-on experience is an asset.
Practical understanding of HVAC and ventilation components, access points and airflow is an asset.
Ability to learn and consistently follow Breathewell's Dust Extraction procedures and equipment protocols.
Ability to assess site conditions, recognize limitations and escalate work outside the confirmed scope.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
