Lead Dotnet Developer

Lead application developers provide technical leadership and expertise on development projects of all sizes, utilizing formal software development methodologies. Their primary job is to design, create, deploy, and update programs for a device, the web, or a specific operating system. They are responsible for understanding client needs, design, writing code, testing, and maintaining technical documentation and guiding team on solving technical issues. Also involved during design and code review sessions and provide feedback to other team members.

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience with hands on Web Development utilizing PHP, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, etc. technologies
• 10+ years of experience in web development technologies such as HTML(5), CSS(3), HTTP(S), AJAX
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL, database administration
• Ability to direct application design and architecture
• Ability to serve as a mentor and guide other developers
• Experience with REST, JSON, XLM
• Experience in code migration, database change management and data management
• Experience with agile software development practices and techniques (Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with flexibility between tasks
• Experience with server configuration and administration is desirable
• Solid understanding or network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP
• Designing and building database structure for specific applications / needs
• Ensure applications meet specifications, are scalable, and operate efficiently
• Adherence to agreed deadlines
• Supports SIT and UAT
• Perform Unit Testing and document results
• Assist other developers with troubleshooting and offer guidance
• Work HDP support tickets as requested Ensures the developed code is WEB Security compliant
