Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Epicor Technical Architect / Sr Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies and Epicor/Kinetic ERP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Epicor development, upgrade projects, cloud refresh activities, and technical leadership in enterprise ERP environments.

The candidate will be responsible for leading POD teams, driving multiple upgrade projects, supporting architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality project delivery within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage POD teams in a factory model environment
• Handle multiple Epicor/Kinetic upgrade projects simultaneously
• Conduct daily status calls and stakeholder communication
• Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and technical compliance
• Drive technical design and architecture discussions
• Support cloud refreshes and tenant management activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Hands-on experience in Web API, MVC, Entity Framework / EF Core
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Experience with SQL Server and performance tuning
• Frontend development experience in Angular / React / Vue
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript

Epicor/Kinetic Skills (Mandatory)

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Epicor/Kinetic ERP
• Strong experience in:
• BPMs (Method/Data/Function)
• Epicor Functions
• REST APIs
• BAQ
• Epicor DMT
• Solution Workbench
• Migration Workbench
• Experience in large-scale Epicor upgrade projects
• Experience in cloud refresh and tenant management activities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in Technical Lead / Architect role preferred
