We at Coforge are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our team responsible for delivering highavailability, lowlatency platforms that enable dealership customers to efficiently buy and sell inventory. Our systems support a wide range of critical capabilities, including integrations, billing, user management, listing promotion, appraisal solutions, and authorization workflows.
This role involves working within an agile environment to deliver reliable, scalable, and customerfocused products.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply modern agile methodologies to plan, develop, test, and deliver highquality software solutions.
- Break down complex product requirements into manageable engineering tasks.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including:
- Writing clean, maintainable, highquality code
- Performing code reviews and ensuring engineering best practices
- Creating automated tests
- Adhering to strong source control and build processes
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and technical leads to uphold engineering standards.
- Build and support features and tools that enhance automation, reliability, and platform stability.
- Work effectively with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to deliver aligned business outcomes.
- Promote a positive team culture through open communication, feedback exchange, and knowledge sharing.
- Assist with applicationlevel and databaselevel performance optimizations.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of handson experience designing, building, and deploying fullstack features in production environments.
- Strong backend development experience using the .NET ecosystem.
- Good frontend development experience with Angular.
- Experience developing eventdriven, distributed, or hightraffic systems.
- Familiarity with AWS or any major cloud provider.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL data stores, including data modeling.
- Experience working with caching technologies such as Redis or inmemory caches.
- Understanding of modern engineering practices, such as:
- DomainDriven Design (DDD)
- TestDriven Development (TDD)
- Trunkbased development
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to learn, contribute, mentor, and support team members.
- Passion for clean code, good design, and continuous improvement.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to AIassisted development tools or AIenhanced workflows.
- Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, or observability tools.
- Understanding of highavailability and faulttolerant system design principles.
