Educational Qualification: B.E. or B. Tech (Mandatory)

Experience: 8-15 years

Work Experience and Skills required:

• 8+ years of experience in .NET technologies (ASP.Net, .Net windows application, .Net Core, C#) and hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.

• Expertise in building REST APIs and implementing complex system integrations.

• Solid experience with cloud technologies and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of UI development, with hands-on experience in frameworks like React, is a plus.

• Experience in designing solutions with high availability and disaster recovery in mind.

• Strong background in system performance tuning and optimization.

• Solid understanding of design patterns and best practices for scalable and maintainable architecture.

• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

• Client engagement and ability to manage and mentor technical teams.
