Lead Dotnet Developer

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience with .Net C#

Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programing principles

Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures

Proficient with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Azure DevOps) Strong understanding of security best practices (OWASP, authentication, authorization)

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

Knowledge of message queues (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka

) Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD), CQRS, or clean architecture patterns

Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus, though not required

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .Net 8+ (C#) Build scalable and secure RESTful services for internal consumption Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, product managers, and QA to define and ship new features Write clean, maintainable and testable code following best practices and coding standards Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Contribute to architecture decisions Ensure system security through authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices
