About the Role
We're looking for a Lead .NET Developer to drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications on Azure. This role combines strong hands-on engineering — C#, .NET Core/.NET 8 — with real infrastructure depth: provisioning through Azure Resource Manager, deploying containerized workloads, and owning production diagnostics end to end. You'll lead a team, set the technical bar, and be the person who can trace an issue from application code down to the cloud resource layer.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers and drive end-to-end delivery
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Design and architect scalable cloud-based solutions on Azure, including infrastructure provisioning via ARM
- Build, deploy, and manage Docker containers on Azure, ensuring reliable containerized delivery
- Own logging, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across the full stack — from code to cloud infrastructure
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage sprint execution
- Mentor team members and resolve complex technical challenges
Nice to Have
- Experience working directly with or for Microsoft, or with Tier-1 IT services organizations
- Exposure to Service Bus-based event-driven architectures
- Experience diagnosing production incidents in containerized Azure environments
