Lead Dotnet Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–8 developers and coordinate day-to-day technical activities.
• Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Design application modules, REST APIs, and database solutions using .NET technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and customers during project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when required.
• Support CI/CD deployments and production releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation including design documents, API documentation, and release notes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint delivery.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET 6/8, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC.
• Good understanding of SOLID principles, OOP, dependency injection, and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server and at least one relational database (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, JWT authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps/GitHub.
• Basic exposure to Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Angular or React is desirable.
• Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, MES, SCADA, OPC UA, or MQTT is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a development team or technical project.
• Experience delivering at least one end-to-end enterprise application.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
