  • Lead Application maintenance and operations support related to Application Hosting, Backup, Data Loads etc.
  • Review Application issues, Monitoring and logging, Performance, Availability, etc. Maintain s
  • chedules, plan the activities, release deployments, communicate to the relevant stakeholders. Provide command center communications, own communication for production issues and including improvement opportunities Possess Deep understanding of how the systems work and perform troubleshooting, responding to assistance requests and handling technical issues. Able to identify root cause of technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures Prepare shift rosters and on call rotation for after hours support, maintain accurate L2 on call list. Handle escalations and serve as the POC for SLA reporting Identify and implement potential process improvements and automation
  • Must have 8+ years previous experience in a technical support role and possess strong interpersonal skills. Must hold a degree in Computer Systems/, IT or any other related fields Certified in ITIL
  • Foundation Must have knowledge of IT platforms and programming languages including Oracle, .Net, Java, Dell Boomi, Tableau, Python, R, SharePoint
