ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for aLead- Dispute, Risk and reconciliation -Credit + Acquiring Business Operations.This is an individual contributor role.
You will be reporting to the Associate Director, Credit + Acquiring Business Operations.
THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH.
- Handling Acquiring Disputes, Fraud Rules management and Monitoring
- Expert in handling end to end dispute cycle for schemes like VISA, MasterCard, CBUAE, CUP, JCB, Mercury etc.
- Have worked on CNP and CP transaction disputes.
- Co-ordinate with Banks, Merchants, and network SPOC to manage daily BAU activities.
- Expert in analysis of dispute requirements, criticality with solution approach.
- Well versed in using MS Office tools like excel, word, e-mail etc.
- Preparation, Validation and Submission of Dispute Vouchers BASE I and Base II, Able to reconcile Scheme funds received with the Scheme.
- Should be an excellent team player and contribute on process Improvements.
- Good in written & verbal communication and analysis.
- Aid Merchant's queries.
- Should handle the escalation and Resolve queries immediately.
- Ability to write SOP & active participation in audit process.
- Prepare MIS and maintaining for better processing and submit it to the bank with analysis.
- FRM handling creation of MIS, data analysis, rule monitoring and amendments.
- Handy with tools like CyberSource.
- DM rule module, MasterCard Brighter ion risk analysis.
- Participation in UAT Processes in Various Stages of the project and Work in Jira. Preferably worked in CEMEA/ MEA region banks.
WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE
Experience & Portfolio
- 3- 6 years of relevant in Card Settlement.
- Knowledge of hold & release of Merchant transaction
- Knowledge of outgoing staging file & incoming file processing
- Knowledge of file rejection, scheme rejection, outgoing v/s incoming reconciliation process.
- Knowledge of chargeback case processing cycle with presentment, re-presentment, arbitration, pre-arbitration.
Technical Skills & Efficiency
- Understanding of FRM tools & risk rule engine configuration and rule management and monitoring.
- Experience in chargeback tools VROLL, Mastercam, FRM Tools -Brighter ion FRM Tool, White label Payment Gateway FRM Tool.
- Worked in Clearing Scheme tools- Visa EDIT PACKAGE, PRE-EDIT/MFE
