Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Digital Transformation to identify, implement, and manage digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. The role involves leading digital initiatives, automating processes, improving decision-making, and ensuring effective adoption of digital tools across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, technology, and process improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Solutions & Process Automation
- Identify and implement digital solutions that reduce operational costs, streamline procurement, and improve stock management.
- Lead the development of digital tools to automate internal processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work.
- Implement and oversee the integration of digital tools across functions.
Project & Budget Management
- Ensure digital transformation projects are delivered within assigned budgets.
- Leverage automation and process improvement to generate financial efficiencies.
- Lead initiatives to optimize and improve SAP functionalities.
Training & Change Management
- Provide training and support to teams to ensure effective utilization of digital tools and solutions.
- Drive initiatives to streamline and enhance decision-making and resource planning.
Key Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, process automation, or related roles.
- Proven experience in implementing digital solutions and improving business processess
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate (B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital tools, SAP, and automation solutions.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive change, improve processes, and train teams effectively.
