About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, access governance (PBAC/RBAC/ABAC), identity lifecycle management, and privileged access management.
- Strong ability to define and drive product strategy and roadmap execution across complex, enterprise-grade IAM environments.
- Demonstrated experience in operating at both strategic and execution levels, balancing long-term vision with delivery outcomes.
- Hands-on experience working with and leading Agile teams using frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with a focus on delivering measurable business and security outcomes.
- Familiarity with agile collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IAM ecosystems, including Access management, provisioning-deprovisioning, Certifications platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong ability to identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and cross-functional impacts in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving clarity, alignment, and execution at scale.
- Experience in building product operating models, governance frameworks, and driving product excellence across teams.
- Identity lifecycles (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), and enforcing least privilege and Zero Trust. Expertise in RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and hybrid RBAC+ABAC models at scale. Experience with policy engines (e.g., OPA, custom PDPs) and policy-as-code is expected.OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, federation, and SSO
Job Expectations:
- The PO serves as the business authority for the product area, translating Access Management IAM objectives into a clear vision, prioritized backlog, and executable delivery that scales across all access management products.
- Own and drive the IAM product portfolio strategy, aligning multiple product areas with enterprise security and business objectives.
- Develop, evolve, and communicate the IAM product vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring alignment with regulatory, security, and business needs.
- Drive innovation and modernization across IAM domains including Authorization, Policy based access management (PBAC), Access governance, identity lifecycle management, privileged access, and emerging areas such as dynamic access (ABAC/ReBAC), JIT access, and AI/agent identity governance.
- Define and track measurable outcomes including improvements in identity risk posture, access governance maturity, adoption, and user experience.
- Own and prioritize the product portfolio and backlog (epics → features → user stories), ensuring clear alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead Agile delivery execution with strong dependency, release, and risk management across multiple teams and products.
- Establish and enforce scalable product governance, operating models, and best practices across the organization.
- Act as the business and product authority for IAM, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide alignment.
- Partner closely with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
- Represent the IAM Product organization in executive forums and drive alignment with global leadership and regional teams.
- Facilitate continuous collaboration across customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Proactively mitigate identity-driven risks in partnership with cybersecurity teams and ensure alignment with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.

This role is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise IAM capabilities across IAM access management products area. This role will drive IAM Access management product outcomes, aligning security, compliance, and user experience with business priorities in close partnership with product management, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.
