What We Are Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with proficiency in AWS, Python (Data Bricks), and SQL, with a focus on data-driven applications.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Azure Knowledge: Knowledge of Azure is a plus, and the ability to adapt to new technologies as required.
• Agile Experience: Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment, embracing collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Cloud and DevOps: Experience with cloud computing and DevOps practices is advantageous.
