Lead Digital Architect

Summary:

We are building a modern, cloud-native digital ecosystem that powers scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions across business domains. This initiative focuses on designing and delivering distributed systems on AWS and Azure, leveraging cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing to deliver business value at scale. As a Lead Digital Architect, you will shape solution architecture, guide engineering teams, and ensure architectural consistency while working closely with product, security, and operations partners.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement distributed systems on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
• Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) for new system components, considering scalability, performance, and security.
• Conduct Low-Level Design (LLD) reviews to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with best practices.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve scalability and system efficiency.
• Partner with security teams to ensure architectures meet security and compliance requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Stay current with AWS services, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Progressive experience in software engineering and solution architecture (typically 10&ndash12 years).
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java.
• Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis ability to elicit, analyze, and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements.
• Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.

Required Skills:

• AWS Architecture Expertise: Strong experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Distributed Systems: Solid understanding of scalable, resilient, and event-driven architectures.
• API Integration: Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and API-driven integration patterns.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to analyze and tune system performance at scale.
• Cost Awareness: Experience designing cost-efficient architectures and implementing cloud cost governance.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to clearly articulate architectural decisions to technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• DataLake: Experience in using Snowflake and data access patterns using SF.
• IoTGW: Experience in IoTGW connectivity.
• AI: Experience in building applications and data pipelines using LLM.
