Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced
DFT Lead to drive end-to-end DFT implementation for complex SoCs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ATPG, Scan Insertion, and MBIST, along with proven leadership experience in handling customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end DFT architecture, implementation, and sign-off
- Perform and manage Scan Insertion and validation
- Develop and debug ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation)
- Implement and verify MBIST (Memory Built-In Self-Test)
- Work closely with Design, STA, PD, and Verification teams
- Drive DFT timing closure and physical awareness
- Handle customer communication and technical reviews
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Ensure quality delivery within project timelines
Required Skills Expertise- 1015 years of experience in DFT implementation
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- ATPG
- Scan Insertion
- MBIST Implementation
- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Tessent, Synopsys DFT Compiler, TetraMAX, etc.)
- Good understanding of SoC architecture and design flow
- Knowledge of STA and physical design constraints
- Experience in advanced technology nodes is preferred
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
