Our polyglot stack blends Node.js/NestJS for product APIs and Python/FastAPI for data and ML services, backed by Aurora Postgres (+pgvector), Redis/SQS, OpenSearch, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and S3.

Our competitive edge comes from institutionalizing AI-powered engineering not as a customer-facing feature, but as an internal force multiplier. We embed AI agents and copilots into our SDLC to automate requirement-to-spec pipelines, code scaffolding, test generation, secure code reviews, migration playbooks, observability runbooks, and documentation while ensuring SOC 2/GDPR compliance and tenant isolation (schema-per-tenant/RLS).

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of our AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and compliance.

This is a hands-on, on-site position at our Bangalore R&D Lab not remote.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience in Systems Administration or Cloud Engineering, including 5+ years of diversified AWS experience.
• AWS Certified (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator).
• Hands-on experience with:
• AWS Core Services: ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/Aurora, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route53, KMS.
• SSO integration and Security configuration.
• Backup/Archive/DR planning and execution.
• Performance tuning and security testing.
• Database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Aurora).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Shell).
• Proven experience with compliance and audit support (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Excellent communication skills and documentation discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
