Overview
Looking for an experienced DevOps Manager with strong expertise in Kubernetes and Docker to lead DevOps practices, drive automation, and ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team to deliver high-quality CI/CD and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Architect, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and logging standards across environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to optimize build and release processes.
- Ensure security best practices, compliance, and infrastructure governance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps operations.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, networking, Helm, etc.).
- Solid expertise in Docker and container orchestration.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Understanding of networking, security, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a DevOps team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SRE practices and reliability engineering.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Certification in Kubernetes or cloud platforms.
